The hotel was in an amazing location near to the ski lift, paddleboat, geocaching, rockclimbing, and many more offers, and a mountain. The folks working here were really good.

Simple hotel, outstandingly accommodating staff in a marvellous position. Wonderful experience there.

This hotel was set in a central area next to top the mountain. Easily reached Shavers Centre Cafeteria, located within easy walking distance of the venue, had lunch/dinner there. The room was immaculate and tidy with a shower and hairdryers in the private bathroom.

The breakfast is delicious, the room is spacious and huge with 2 double beds. The hotel offers great location very close to Snowshoe for a ski vacation for the last 5 years. Pleasant and incredibly nice staff as one would expect.

The staff were really helpful and provided extra care. The hotel offers complimentary and warm breakfast with a good choice. The location is convenient, just off restaurants on the top of the mountain, the lake, and a gift shop. The pool area is nice and the hotel provides free Wi-Fi.

Immaculate, tidy room with a full kitchen as well as 2 double beds, and pleasant stuff. Efficient check in and late check out. Great location, close to Old Spruce Tavern. Honestly no complains at all.

The location here is great, near affordable dining options and the Cass Scenic Railroad, and the staff are really friendly and helpful.

It has very friendly employees. The service is good, includes convenient parking. As I remember, free Wi-Fi in public areas was a good bonus.

Was an ideal base for vacation. All in all everything was wonderful, had a really comfortable stay for 2 nights. Delicious breakfasts with bacon and potatoes, for instance, the staff were all in all amicable. It had great and stunning location, not far from a restaurant, the slopes, and the Silver Creek ski area.

Loved the room with a good sized bathroom, my bed was comfortable. It was in a convenient and magnificent location steps away from Old Spruce Tavern. There were gift stores and a small grocery store around the hotel.

The breakfast here is really nice and comes with hot biscuits, sausage, and gravy. It has everything you need for a good morning start. The staff are pretty friendly and always there to help out - superbly friendly people, in fact. The location is particularly good as it's right at the base of the mountain, making it super convenient for outdoor activities. 🏔️

The location of the hotel was absolutely stunning, surrounded by beautiful scenery. The pool area was a highlight, with a clean and spacious pool and three hot tubs to relax in. The reasonable price of the hotel was also a plus, making it a budget-friendly option for a ski weekend. The hotel also offered a shuttle bus to the nearby mountain village, where we found lively bars and dancing.

There were a few negatives during our stay. The cleanliness of our room was lacking, with a dirty bathtub and hair found in it.

Absolutely perfect location of the hotel down the mountain. The room we had included coffee and an iron.
